On 6 April, at the initiative of Jaume Tàpies, President of Relais & Chateaux, and Marc Haeberlin, president of Fine Dining World, Sixty chefs from around the world will sign the menu served to 650 guests, not a more! The proceeds from this banquet are used to fund the future City of gastronomy, the classification referred to Unesco of the French gourmet meal. Dinner will be served in the Gallery of Battles (I know some will want the Hall of Mirrors!) At the low cost of € 890. At this price, the food served will not be exceptional!
